1 . Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped during our business hours only
(excluding major holidays):
Tuesday through Thursday - 9am to 3pm (EST)
Your order will be processed as soon as it is received, however, due to the
nature of Autumn Moon Aesthetics products, the custom-blending process will
impact order processing time (depending on type and quantity of products
ordered). We normally ship within 3 days (excluding custom lip color orders
and items that are out of stock.)
You should receive your order within 7-14 days (initial product samples within
15 business days for custom lip color orders).
Autumn Moon usually delivers using USPS Priority Mail® (2-3 Day Delivery).
Current shipping charges are as follows (unless promotional shipping is
offered, in which case shipping may be discounted or no charge):

For custom lip color orders, USPS First Class mail is used to deliver initial product
samples. The cost for this is included in the product pricing.
We are currently unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations
outside of the United States.
2. Refunds, returns and exchanges.
Autumn Moon Aesthetics is dedicated to providing you quality lip products.
Regrettably, due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not
available on any custom items (items that we modify and personalize for you).
If you feel the products you have received from our Online Store do not meet
your expectations, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will be
happy to correct your issue of concern (color, flavor, texture, etc.). If the revised
product still does not meet your expectations, you may exchange it for a
product equal in value to your initial purchase price, less shipping and
handling and applicable taxes. Additional shipping charges will apply. For
custom color blended orders, the initial custom blended product samples are
yours to keep.
When returning any part of your order, please include the item along with the
original packing slip, noting the items being returned.
Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
In the U.S, please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for
your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

3. Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will
be notified via Email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered
item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If for any
reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us and we will
be happy to assist you. Occassionally, items and colors are discontinued. If
you purchase a discontinued color or item at our online store, you will be
refunded your full purchase price, any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
4. Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to
Michigan. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including
shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales
tax, please feel free to contact us.
